Beautiful atmosphere. I do suggest getting reservations ahead of time if it’s a busy night. Our service was great, drinks were delicious, and our food was divine. We will definitely be going back.
Tonight was my first time at Black Canyon and I will definitely be back! My server, Madelynn, gave us amazing service and had a great personality! She gave us updates frequently on when she’d be back and when the food would be out. All of the food was delicious. I was pleasantly surprised by their Chesapeake Bay oysters and their filet mignon was the most tender filet I’ve ever had. This restaurant has easily moved to my top 5 within the first visit there!
It was a beautiful atmosphere. Lunch special menu was simple and I like that. Everything we ordered was delicious. I started with the French onion soup. Absolutely Bang Bang shrimp was also ordered and it was nicely cooked and sauced. Loved it. Entrees..mine was the bison burger with grilled pineapple and breaded jalapeno. Comes with a sauce but tasted so amazing w/o it. 10/10. Friend got tempura chicken tenders, mac and cheese, sis got Wagyu burger w parmesan truffle fries. We were so full but ordered carrot cake. It was huge. We sliced in 4 and each took a bite and the rest for later. My only not favorite were the shoestring fries (taste lkke frozen fries) Fresh cut thick are delicious and recommended. 9 out of 10 total.
Food was fantastic and Kytera at the bar was amazing. She was super attentive and friendly. She is the sole reason I keep coming back, I highly recommend her at the bar
From Texas , was up in Indiana for work. Had a wonderful waitress. I forgot her name but very very nice lady. Me and my girlfriend had a great time. Restaurant, food and presentation was amazing. 10 out of 10 would come again
Recently came here for dinner and we enjoyed our time. I ordered the fillet mignon with a side of macaroni and the slaw. The fillet was so delicious I’d definitely order it again.The Mac n cheese was also really good. The slaw was okay. Not bad, not great. I also ordered a drink and it was really strong, but had good flavor. My partner also enjoyed everything they ordered. We appreciated the good service and chill atmosphere. We liked that different groups were actually socializing at the bar. It’s a nice date night spot or just if you want a good steak. 8.5/10. I do recommend P.s- the deserts looked phenomenal. We didn’t order one but a group at the bar did and we are going back to try the pistachio cheesecake
Loved the chicken sandwich, it was amazing. The sweet potato fries were good, but overdone. Everyone's dish was delightful. Brussels sprouts salad was LOADED with berries.Our server was sweet.
We were lucky enough to have your carrot cake provided for us for a work event. I took it home since my husband is the carrot cake guy, and honestly—we really loved it! The flavors were well developed, the ingredients were intentional, and we loved the larger size of the nuts and fruits. We also loved the cream cheese frosting and thought it was well balanced with the cake. However, the portion size was enormous! Responses in the room from co-workers confirmed. If we were considering buying it ourselves, the probable price would give us pause as empty nesters. We’re a bit more mindful about what we splurge on, and this felt a little over the top for our current needs. Still, we’re grateful we had the opportunity to try it, and we can absolutely see the appeal for the right audience. I have been in your restraint before and the service and meals have been exceptional! I will return.
